Heat oil in a pan. Now add whole cumin seeds and asafoetida.
Then fry with chopped onion till golden. Then add tomato paste, tomato paste and ginger-garlic paste. Stir well and add yoghurt and kasuri fenugreek. When the curd is well mixed with the spices, add the pre-cut cauliflower.
Mix it well with spices and cover it. When the cooking is done, spread coriander leaves in it. Serve hot.
